Private Maternity Matron
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for the clinical and professional leadership and line management of the
Private Maternity Unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. They will be a valuable member of the multidisciplinary team
and must have relevant midwifery experience. Demonstrating a calm, confident and assertive approach in challenging
situations is essential. Excellent communication skills when liaising with all members of the multidisciplinary team are
essential. The successful applicant will support the development of a culture across private maternity and the wider
private patients services which is open to and empowers innovation, creativity and learning at a team and directorate
