Private Maternity Unit Shift Co-Ordinator
About the Role
The post holder will be a clearly identifiable and essential senior clinical member of the team, responsible for the day
to day co-ordination and leading shifts of the Kensington Wing, acting as the key point of contact for staff, members of
the multidisciplinary team and patients. They will bring significant clinical experience and expertise to ensure the 24
hour provision of high-quality, safe, effective and compassionate care. The post holder must have a clear understanding
of working within a private healthcare setting, including the expectations of clients (patients, relatives, and
consultants), and the importance of providing a personalised, customer-focused experience. They must also recognise the
