This role focuses on optimizing onboarding, payments, account management, and customer support, ensuring users enjoy a seamless and engaging experience. Responsibilities

• Own the core customer journey from discovery to delivery.
• Develop self-serve account tools for user control.
• Explore and implement new payment methods.
• Streamline compliance verification processes.
• Enhance customer support UX for maximum satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
• Report Product KPIs to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of user needs and behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with real money products is a plus.

Compensation
