About the Role
As a Production Supervisor you will take a hands-on approach, working alongside and leading a dedicated team of
operators and team leaders working on a shift rota. You will be responsible for key site-based production activities,
including the effective planning of schedules to ensure we meet customer demand. Specifically, some responsibilities of
a Production Supervisor include:
* Hands on leadership of production teams to produce and deliver high-quality products to set standards.
* Gauge and monitor product quality to specified standards, carrying out and recording dimensional checks of all
