Prof Development Administrator ED
About the Role
The post holder is responsible for working within the Emergency Department to support the administration and
coordination of training across the department, including core skills framework mandatory and regulatory training and
other continued professional development. To support all aspects of training coordination and planning, including
maintenance of ESR to support Trust training compliance and to meet the requirements outlined in the Quality Improvement
Plan. To create and update electronic records for all members of staff within the department including medical, nursing
and administration (approx. 170+) and monitor non-compliance by generating comprehensive reports. Support the
