About the Role

1. Assume the role of Facilitator to the Emergency Department teams/staff providing support for continuing clinical and

professional development in the work place. 2. Be responsible for the continuing development in line with national

Guidance of competency-based frameworks for Registered Nurses, Health Care Assistants, monitoring and evaluating its

effectiveness. 3. Through this process of work-based competencies, the post holder will provide continuing support to

all Bands of clinical staff in their delivery of nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. 4.
