About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Band 7 Professional Development Nurse(PDN) to join our team in the Emergency

Department at Charing Cross Hospital. This part time role (18.75 hours per week) is integral to maintaining high

standards of clinical practice, supporting staff development, and enhancing patient safety within our busy and evolving

department.

As a Professional Development Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care by

leading on clinical education, supporting adherence to national ED guidelines, and promoting continuous improvement.
