About the Role

Within a shared governance framework, the post holder will provide direction for the future of nursing through practice

development and education, reflecting the strategic changes in nursing. Through a process of work-based competencies,

the post holder will provide continuing support to all grades of staff in their delivery of nursing care packages, in

collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and medical colleagues.
