Professional Lead Nurse Primary Care Inclusion Health
About the Role
The Professional Lead Nurse will provide senior clinical, professional and strategic leadership across the Primary Care
Inclusion Health Directorate. The post-holder will work in partnership with the Associate Director of Primary Care,
Director of Nursing, Lead GPs and service managers to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care for
people experiencing homelessness and health inclusion barriers. The post-holder will maintain a visible clinical
presence and act as a professional role model, promoting compassionate, inclusive and evidence-based nursing practice
across all Inclusion Health services. Clinical and Professional Leadership Provide professional and clinical leadership
