About the Role

To manage a complex agenda of leading the Kent Breast Screening Programme in ensuring a therapeutic environment for

care, and a positive patient experience. Maintaining and reporting clinical standards / metrics. Working closely with

radiology, cancer services and breast surgery. To maintain credibility and flexibility as a competent programme manager

in an ever changing environment, while continuing to develop professionally, in line with the demands of a responsive

national breasts screening programme focussed on the needs of patients. To maintain credibility and flexibility as a
