Project Manager (Systems Integration)

About the Role

RSE is seeking a Project Manager to lead System Integration projects in Basingstoke. This role involves managing project performance from inception to completion, engaging with clients, and collaborating with an in-house design team to deliver technical solutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background and a drive for results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from enquiry to final acceptance.
• Identify programme requirements for control system elements.
• Define hardware and software requirements for projects.
• Ensure technical information is available for design delivery.
• Prepare final documentation and check specifications.
• Produce risk assessments and method statements.

Requirements

• Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Profibus, Ethernet, and Modbus systems.
• Experience with PLC control systems in live environments.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
