Workerto support the delivery ofPathway: Breaking Free From Homelessness Programme a five-year programme funded by the

National Lottery Community Fund, supporting men experiencing homelessness to build resilience and take positive steps

towards securing and sustaining independent living. This is a practical, people-focused role based withinUtility Street

Mens Homeless Hostel, Belfast, working directly with residents to improve confidence, wellbeing and quality of life,

while helping individuals develop the knowledge and skills needed to access and maintain a tenancy of their choosing.
