About the Role
Key Responsibilities Undertake triage assessment and co-ordinate pre-treatment clinical checks. Facilitate outreach and
community engagement to assess, commence and monitor opiate substitute therapy (OST) Provide advice, information, and
guidance on the management of substance use to service users engaged with services. Agree treatment plans with service
users, and review them regularly Undertake drug screening (urine, fingerprint and oral). Ensure case notes and other
statutory records are up to date and kept in accordance with Kaleidoscope policies and procedures / regional information
sharing protocols Deliver harm reduction interventions, including HCV testing and naloxone training/administration where
