About the Role

The Psychiatric Clinical Coordinator at Family Health Center plays a vital role in coordinating psychiatric services for specialty care patients. Responsibilities

• Coordinate psychiatric clinical services for specialty care patients.
• Manage provider panels and scheduling needs.
• Provide direct clinical support and patient advocacy.
• Engage patients in health coaching and motivational interviewing.
• Document clinical tasks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in healthcare, preferably in psychiatry.
• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent certification required.
• Strong communication and computer skills needed.
• Phlebotomy training preferred.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from €40,000 to €55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location & Schedule

Located at Family Health Center, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
