About the Role

There is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic qualified registered nurse to join the Mansfield Healthy Family

Team.

You will work in community settings, Health Centres, Schools, Family Hubs, and client's homes to deliver the Universal

Healthy Child Programme and Tier 1 targeted health services to the local 5-19 ages population.

Our teams work to a 0-5 and 5-19 public health agenda. The team comprises Specialist Public Health Practitioners who

lead the teams of Public Health Practitioners, Senior Assistant Public Health Practitioners, Assistant Public Health
