About the Role

This is an exciting secondment opportunity to work within the CHFT multi-disciplinary specialist respiratory team. The

post holder will take the lead on attaining accreditation for the pulmonary rehabilitation service working alongside the

existing clinical lead physiotherapist. The team delivers a community pulmonary rehabilitation service that supports and

promotes optimal self-care. This service may be delivered to a cohort in a class setting, individually tailored home

based rehabilitation as part of a supported discharge pathway, or virtually using digital and remote platforms.

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service Accreditation Scheme (PRSAS) is run by the royal college of Physicians. The aim of
