KeyClinicalResponsibilities: To be professional and legally accountable for all work undertaken. To work within the

standards and guidelines of the trust, the team, professionalservicesand the professional body. To undertake a thorough

holistic respiratory assessment of a COPD* patient including but not exclusive to spirometry, medication review,

physicalfunctionand any psychosocial factors that may be present. *thismay include patients with ILD, asthma or

bronchiectasis in PR andin thefuture,this may be other cardiorespiratory diseases. Toidentifyand prioritise factors

involved in a clients presenting needs andidentifyany safety issues through clinical reasoning based on specialist
