About the Role

Are you passionate about improving student engagement, behaviour, and attendance? We are seeking a proactive and

resilient Pupil Engagement Officer to support secondary-aged learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning and

achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally. The Role As a Pupil Engagement Officer, you will play a key

role in supporting students who require additional pastoral guidance, behaviour support, or intervention to remain

engaged in education. You will work closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff, families, and external agencies to

ensure students feel supported, safe, and motivated.Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted pastoral support to students
