About the Role
Whitdale Primary School is seeking a nurturing and motivated Pupil Support Worker to provide essential support for children's care, health, and wellbeing. The role involves fostering positive relationships and ensuring a safe learning environment. Successful candidates will work collaboratively within the Early Learning and Childcare team to enhance children's educational experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support for children's care and wellbeing.
- Ensure a secure and safe learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils.
- Collaborate effectively with the ELC team.
- Support learning activities and educational experiences.
Requirements
- Understanding of supporting pupils in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across opening hours.
- Registration with the SSSC within six months.
- Join the PVG Scheme prior to employment.

Location & Schedule
Located at Whitdale Primary School, 36 hours per week, fixed term until 9th August 2026.
