About the Role

A Vacancy at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.

To provide appropriate physical and mental health assessment and intervention for those patients who are on an extended

recovery journey with secondary mental health services.

To provide a treatment, including depot administration, blood taking and monitoring service to all patients in Rotherham

who are currently prescribed Clozapine and Lithium therapies.
