About the Role

Work with a team of team of GP's, pharmacists, technicians, practice nurses, social prescribers, physiotherapists and

registrars/students. The post holder will liaise with clinicians and administrative staff to resolve medicines-related

queries Monitor practice prescribing and adherence to local and national prescribing policies Improve service and

quality through mechanisms such as audit The post will also work with patients and their carers to get the best from

their medicines, improving repeat prescribing processes in General Practice, including promotion of repeat dispensing

and online ordering, minimising clinical risk and aiming to reduce wasted medicines.
