If you are an experienced and registered Nurse or Social Worker, our Louth & Horncastle Learning Disability Team would
be excited to hear from you.
We are delighted to offer this recruitment opportunity for an experienced Nurse or Social worker (known internally as
Qualified Practitioners) within our Louth &Horncastle Team. This is a full time permanent position- 37 hours per week.
The Qualified Practitioner role is both an exciting and challenging role. For those that love fast paced and ‘make a
difference’ work, this is the position for you. The Learning Disability Team is proud of the Practitioners we have in
