Social Worker - ARCH Team (Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport)

Randstad are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Locum Social Workers to join the ARCH (Active, Recovery, Community,

Home) Team based at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning multidisciplinary team supporting the hospital's discharge

pathways, including Pathway 1 and Pathway 2 bed bases, helping people return home or move on safely and independently.

The role will be 5 days in the office depending on the role
