Job Title:Quality and Governance Lead - Urgent Treatment Centres. Team: Clinical Governance Team Base Location: Lexicon

House, Leeds Line Manager: Director of Clinical Governance & Quality Hours of Work: 16 hrs per week (Flexible working)

PLUS additional contracted clinical shift can be offered in LCD Urgent Treatment Centre Staff Group: All Clinical &

Dental Triage Nurses DBS Check Level Required: Enhanced with Child/Adult Barring due to providing care Vaccination

Requirement Statement: Covid19 double vaccination not required but recommended. This job has been rated as Medium Risk

for requiring Hepatitis B immunisation vaccination is recommended, therefore Post Holders will be offered a Hep B
