Quality and Patient Safety Lead for Women's Services

About the Role

The post holder will be a key member of the orthopaedic outpatient’s team, delivering high quality, patient centred care across a range of services including face to face clinics, supporting the Virtual Fracture Clinic (VFC), and the Plaster room.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in outpatient settings
• Support the Virtual Fracture Clinic and plaster room
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide flexible coverage across clinical areas
• Ensure safe and effective care for musculoskeletal patients

Requirements

• Current NMC Registration or Orthopaedic Practitioner qualification
• Experience in acute or outpatient settings
• Ability to work independently and manage complex wounds
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic IT skills and competency in medication administration

Location & Schedule

Part-time position at Weston General Hospital, with flexible scheduling options.
