About the Role

Take a proactive approach to quality and safety management within Women Services Group.

Lead investigation following serious incidents. Compile and submit reports to the Trust Executive Team and when

appropriate to the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). Advice and support staff undertaking Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

investigations.

Contribute to the achievement of compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Essential Standards, Maternity NHSLA,

CNST Standards (Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts) and any other best practice guidance which include NICE and
