About the Role

Working within the Maternity Services at NLAG, the post holder will provide support for the delivery of the clinical

governance agenda across all three sites. Reporting to the Governance Lead Midwife, the post holder will support the

implementation and monitoring of robust governance systems and process to enable the delivery of high-quality safe

patient care.

This role encompasses supporting the Care Group with incident management, risk management, clinical audit, and clinical

effectiveness programmes to ensure high-quality clinical governance and risk management across the Maternity Services
