About the Role
Do you have experience working as a Quality Matron? We are looking for a Quality Matron who will support and lead two
care homes with the provision of Registered Nurses and the delivery of high-quality care to the residents. You will also
provide direct patient care as required. Salary: £53,755.00 - £55,000.00 DOE Location: Brushwood andMillvinaCare Homes
with travel to other community sites and Wavertree Contract: Permanent Shifts: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 What will
you be doing Work in collaboration with the Local Authorities and encompass leadership, education, development, quality
improvement and management of the nursing teams within the care homes. Support the division with input to quality
