About the Role

Clinical: Introduce and welcome patients in the waiting area, confirming their identity according to the Trust Policy.

Show compassion, sensitivity and understand the anxiety and fear prior to the patients procedure. To be able to complete

patient documentation for admission, care pre and post procedure and discharge. To demonstrate high standards of hand

hygiene following the 5 moments and knowledge of the Infection Control Policy. To perform, accurately record and report

patient observations, under supervision on SEND (System Electronic Notification Documentation) and follow the track and

trigger as appropriate e.g. Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, Blood Pressure and Oxygen saturations. Maintain the
