About the Role

Camden Rapid Access Services (RAS) is aPhysical healthadmission avoidance and supported early discharge service. Which

has three pathways Discharge to Assess, Urgent community Response and Virtual ward, the potential post holder will work

across all three pathways within Camden RAS.

The potential post holder should ideally possess a valid UK Driving licence (a car will be provided when required),

though suitable non-driving candidates will be considered and provided with an Oyster card while on shift. Non-driving

practitioners will be expected to be able to undertake the same number of visits per day as driving colleagues.
