About the Role

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time band 6 Occupational Therapist within the

Integrated Independence Team (Rapid Response Team).

We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to be part of the Emergency

department and community rapid response service within the Integrated Independence Team. This will be offered as

permanent and full-time for an existing band 6 therapist or experienced band 5 therapist.

The Integrated Independence Team is an integrated health and social care service provided jointly by Homerton University
