Full UK Driving Licence required

As a Rapid Response Support Worker, you'll step in at critical moments helping people with complex needs leave hospital

safely and rebuild life at home with their families or step in to support stabilising a care package to enable clients

to remain in their own home. You'll bring calm, confidence, and consistency when it matters most.
