Reablement Support Supervisor

About the Role

Job Purpose To work effectively as part of a team to lead and supervise Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSW). The

postholder will line manage junior members of staff, including reporting sickness, completing appraisals and supervision

and discussing with their supervisor any performance management issues. The post holder will also be expected to

complete clinical duties face to face with patients, to include completing initial assessments, personal care calls and

rehab visits. Support with reporting and audits within the service as required. Support the management with ensuring the

RSW training and competencies are up to date. Taking active role in daily MDT and becoming the link between the RSW team
