Reablement Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a Reablement Worker to join our Short-Term Support Service in North Northumberland (Berwick and

surrounding area) on a permanent, 30 hour contract.

The successful candidate will be part of a team providing short-term limited interventions to promote people's

independence. The role typically involves visiting people in their own homes and supporting them to regain their ability

to carry out a range of day-to-day tasks.

You will work with people to set their personal goals and help them to achieve them. This could include helping them
