About the Role
Please note that these vacancies will mainly be for the South Reablement Team and it will not be possible to transfer to
the North or Central Teams.
The South Reablement Team covers the following areas: Sharston, Baguley, Woodhouse Park, Northern Moor, Brooklands,
Northenden, Newall Green, Chorlton Park, Didsbury East and West, Old Moat, Withington, and Burnage.
The Reablement team provides a life changing service to the people of Manchester by helping them to regain or attain as
much independence as they can in their own homes. Our Reablement Support Workers do this by motivating and inspiring
