About the Role
Responsibility for filing and extracting records, hospital letters and laboratory results to patients computer records /
medical records as necessary. Processing new patient registration data onto computer and updating attached staff of
their registration. Informing Registrations department of patients who wish to be entered onto the organ donation
register. Recording any relevant information from new patient questionnaire onto computer. Ensuring all patients aged
under five who register are included in practice childhood immunisation call forward system and are registered for Child
Health Surveillance. Informing Patients of any repeat tests or necessary appointments as requested by the doctors.
