About the Role
The post holder will provide comprehensive reception and administrative support to the Respiratory Department, ensuring
all administrative aspects of the service are performed efficiently. Key duties include welcoming and checking in
patients attending Outpatient and Diagnostic appointments, providing booking and scheduling support, and accurately
recording all activity on the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system and relevant internal databases.
The post holder will act as the liaison point for any enquiries, communicating with internal and external agencies to
maximise the efficiency of the Respiratory Department.
