Reception Learning Support Assistant (TA 2)

About the Role

What skills and experience we're looking for

Working as part of the Early Years team the position will be primarily based within Reception. This role is based in the

classroom working alongside the class TA and under the direction of the class teacher. You will be primarily supporting

an individual child within the classroom setting to help them to access the provision alongside their peers. This will

also include working with small groups of children to support our youngest children in being able to access the

curriculum by providing additional support – including explaining methods and helping them keep on track. This may
