About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to work with a child in Reception with ASD. This role involves providing tailored 1:1 support, fostering an inclusive environment, and collaborating with teachers and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans
• Facilitate sensory breaks as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and specialists
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

• Experience with children with ASD preferred
• Patience and adaptability in supporting children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications, NVQ Level 2 desirable
• Previous experience in school or nursery settings

Location & Schedule

This position is based in L22, with working hours from 09:00 to 15:00.
