Receptionist/ Care Navigator/ Administrator
About the Role
Provide a friendly patient-centered service, communicating appropriately with patients who need help and reassurance.
Assisting them in the request for an appointment via our online Klinik portal. Triaging and booking appointments on
Klinik. Signpost and book patient appointments with the appropriate healthcare professional, navigating EMIS and
utilising the appointment system. Receive and deal with telephone enquiries and take action or pass on messages as
appropriate via the Admin Hub. Provide information and non-clinical advice, resolving problems where possible. Flagging
anything out of your scope to the on-site clinician. Registering new patients, ensuring they fall within our catchment
