Receptionist
About the Role
The post holder will be the first point of contact for patients, both in person and by telephone, providing a welcoming,
professional, and efficient reception service. The role involves supporting patients to access appropriate clinical care
while maintaining a friendly and compassionate approach. Key Duties Greet patients and handle enquiries courteously in
person and by telephone Book, cancel, and reschedule appointments, including requests for home visits Triage patient
enquiries and pass messages accurately in line with practice procedures Keep patients informed of delays and address
concerns sensitively Support GPs, Nurses, and the wider clinical team with administrative requests Order ambulances and
