Receptionist Pre-Operative Assessment Department
About the Role
To book all patients appointments on to the patient cenrtre system as they are received from emailed correspondence via
telephone conversations or emails with the waiting list teams along with any other areas within the surgical division
Making sure all appointments are scheduled equally amongst all the pre-op nurses over the whole working day Be able to
present any potential problems to the clinical team for further input where necessary using clear and concise
communication skills. Be able to work as part of a team and be able to pick up other colleagues work if necessary to
ensure the departmental deadlines are met, this will include supporting the case note co-ordinators when the need
