Receptionist - Radiology
About the Role
To check all patient details are correct when they arrive in reception and liaising with other staff or the Radiology
Secretaries if necessary. To have effective communication skills with nurses, doctors and other members of the
department to provide a quality service for the patients. To ensure that patient confidentiality is observed and adhered
to at all times whether in person or by telephone. To ensure that any change of patient details are recorded and update
any patient events, ensuring Radiology booking rules are adhered to. Responsible for enquiries relating to Private
Patient referrals. Essential to be a good team player and used to working under pressure with well-developed
