About the Role

Rachel McMillan Nursery School is one of four Maintained Nursery Schools (MNS) in Royal Borough of Greenwich and we are

at the centre of our community, able to keep the child’s early years at the heart of everything we do. We are the

original open-air nursery schools and children free flow between the inside and outside areas, each seen as of equal

value. We have a number of children who have special educational needs, many of whom are at the early stages of

identification. We have a child-centred approach to children’s learning whilst ensuring that we scaffold the learning

with experiences and this allow us to have high expectations for the children in our school.
