About the Role
The recovery team at the Whittington comprises of a skilled mix of Band 5 and senior Band 6 nursing staff. Full support
will be given to the post holder by all members of the team, and a preceptor will be provided to allow you to achieve
your full potential. At the Whittington we pride ourselves on the development of our staff and all relevant study days
are encouraged. There will be opportunities to attend post graduate courses such as the Recovery Course, HDU Course and
the Anaesthetic Course. Our Theatre department has two Practice Development Nurses who contribute to the development of
the team.
