Recovery Support WorkerLocation:  Fareham, Hampshire Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £12.71 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is dedicated, passionate and driven to become part of our caregiver team

at Uplands House Care Home in Fareham. Uplands is a Nurse led service for people with mental health and physical health

needs located on the outskirts of Fareham.

Ideally, you will have experience within the care sector, specifically working with people who have mental health and

physical needs, familiar with safeguarding and a clear understanding of personal development plans.
