We are Independence Matters, a people-focused organisation, providing adult care services in Norfolk.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team on a Full-Time, 37 Hours per Week fixed term contract,
until Friday 12th December 2026. The role mainly supports the recruitment of Support Workers for our services but also
includes recruitment for all other roles in the organisation.
