Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes from advertising to onboarding
  • Manage compliance checks and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems
  • Handle calls and enquiries from candidates and clients
  • Provide administrative support to the branch team

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and admin skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Positive, can-do attitude and love for teamwork
  • Previous experience in recruitment or administration

Compensation
