About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed leader to work with the Reducing Restrictive

Practices team within LSCFT.

Working within the team you will support front line services to promote least restrictive practices across Lancashire

and South Cumbria whilst providing specialist knowledge and advice to health professionals in line with trust policies

and procedures. A critical element of the role will be the ability to foster excellent relationships with staff and

service users whilst liaising with the wider MDT regarding reduction strategies; a significant consultancy service will
