About the Role

We have a working from home opportunity for an efficient and motivated Individual to join our team as Referral Unit

Administrator.

Our Local Referral Unit is the front door to KCHFT. We take referrals via calls and emails from the acute trusts, GP's

and patients and signpost them to the appropriate service in a timely manner.

You will be processing email referrals and assigning them via a patient database (RIO). You'll need to have excellent

admin skills, good IT skills and most importantly a focus on patient experience.
